Under the guidance of experienced pros. You will focus on welding galvanized pipes for heavy-duty fencing, building durable gates, and keeping our shop safe, organized, and running smoothly. If you have a strong work ethic, a basic grasp of welding, and a desire to learn the trade from the ground up, we want to hear from you! As an Apprentice Welder, your daily tasks will include: - Weld galvanized steel pipes for residential and commercial fencing projects. - Assist in building, measuring, and assembling custom gates. - Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free shop environment (sweeping, organizing tools, and managing materials). - Safely operate and maintain welding machines, grinders, saws, and hand tools. - Assist senior team members on construction and fencing job sites as needed. What we are looking for: - Basic Welding Knowledge - Familiarity with welding processes and basic shop tools. - Detail-Oriented - Ability to read a tape measure accurately and follow simple blueprints or instructions. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions. - Strict adherence to safety protocols, especially when handling and welding galvanized materials. - Reliability - A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive, coachable attitude.
